Crooks scam make quarterly payment, get service shutoff 2 months later, turning in to BBB. Make payment they say only covers 3 months, it is last week of July will be charged again in September. Looking in to other service

Was very rude during new can drop off. Was disrespectful to an elderly gentleman who was asking why he wasn’t given a yard waste can since he already had one. Wouldn’t give him answers or who to call to fix the problem. Not looking forward to this new company if this is how they treat customers

Best price around. Went from $190 every 3 mos with another company to $70 every 3 months. They are friendly and always pick up on time.

No issues with pickup. My issue is paying the bill. Website doesn't work and nobody answers the phone.

Second update: they “fixed” it, which is to say I now have a replacement mailbox that is rocking back and forth and not adequately seated in the ground. I got a sarcastic response from them about my complaint - oh, and they blocked me on FB after commenting to get their attention since their communication was so poor. Wow.Update - still no resolution.Well, considering their truck knocked our mailbox apart and left it for us to find without a note or anything later, I’m pretty frustrated. Would not recommend if you can somehow avoid them.
