Called them for the first time since they took over our garbage collection started. My can wasn't picked up. Called to let them know and played 20 questions with the women on the phone. They still didn't come then I was supposed to pay for extra bags. Just took it to my local dump. Will be canceling this services. It my whole life I never thought I would have to be slightly concerned over garbage pickup. Since aiken took over it has been a nightmare for a simple service. I miss Jay young refuse!!

My bill was delivered to wrong PO box so then they suspended my service and still demand to be paid for the week even though they just drove by and didn't take my trash

Ever since they took over my existing trash company I have had nothing but issues. Broken mailbox twice broken trash can wheels. Can’t seem to put the can back to where it has been for 3 years before taken over. Everytime I call I never hear anything back. Excuse for all of these problems is the person is “old” if you can’t do the job correctly because your “age” then retire. I’m going to be switching trash companies. Absolutely terrible company wish they wouldn’t have taken over the exciting company

Mr Aiken personally came here after they dropped the dumpster in the wrong place damaging the yard. He proceeded to swear at me in front of my two year old daughter. Will never do business with again.
